An assistant coach for nearly 30 years at TCNJ, Tom Isaac has been associated with all five Lion national championships teams. He was the team manager during the Lions’ drive to their first NCAA title in any sport during the 1978-79 season.

In addition to his administrative duties as the College's equipment manager, Isaac supervises the weight training schedule of each wrestler and monitors the overall conditioning program for the team during the season.

A native of Drexel Hill, PA, Isaac holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Recreation and Administration from Trenton State College.
