Complete Final Results
Ewing, NJ… The College of New Jersey’s women’s swimming & diving team finished up action in its two-day tri-meet with Johns Hopkins University and Division II West Chester University in TCNJ’s Aquatic Center on Saturday afternoon.
West Chester (4-1) dominated the women’s action, while the two losses drop the Lion women to 3-4.

The Golden Rams of WCU won a total of eight of 20 events, including three of 11 today. Johns Hopkins also took eight, while TCNJ captured four over the two-day meet.
The Lions’ senior tri-captain Aubrey Horvath (Hillsborough, NJ/Hillsborough) captured the 50 free in 24.79, while taking second in the 100 free with a time of 54.19. Freshman Catherine Benigno (Martinville, NJ/Bridgewater-Raritan) placed fourth in the 50 free in 26.36 followed by senior tri-captain Lauren O’Donnell (Sewell, NJ/Washington Twp.) in fifth in 26.56.
TCNJ’s senior diver Kristen Simms (Mt. Holly, NJ/Rancocas Valley Regional) won both the one-meter and three-meter diving events with respective scores of 222.53 and 247.20. Sophomore Tiffany Monroe (Absecon, NJ/Holy Spirit) took second in the one-meter with 212.33, while taking third in the three-meter with 217.50
WCU’s senior Wendy Wallace (Mt. Laurel, NJ/Lenape) helped her team capture the 400 free relay. Rookie Allie Foster (Pennington, NJ/Hopewell Valley Central) of JHU captured the 200 breast in 2:28.55 and helped the Blue Jays win the 400 medley relay.
