Havertown, PA... The College of New Jersey men's cross country team participated in the Haverford College Junior Varsity Invitational with a number of runners placing in the top 25 of their respective races.

The Lions were paced by Nick Bond (Middletown, NJ/Red Bank Catholic) as he finished 17th overall with a time of 21:33.77. Freshman Alex Matteson (Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown) finished the race in 21:47.86 to place 22nd, while sophomore Alex Yersak (Marlton, NJ/Cherokee) boasted a time of 21:55.35 to finish 25th. TCNJ just missed having four runners place in the top 25 as Mark Sidebottom (Montville, NJ/Montville) was 27th with a time of 21:56.22.
