Havertown, PA...The College of New Jersey women's cross country team participated in the Haverford College Junior Varsity Invitational with a number of runners placing in the top 25 of their respective races.

The women's team had four runners finish in the top 25 with sophomore Abigail Wallach (Harrington Park, NJ/Saddle Day River School) crossing the finish line first for the Lions with a time of 19:50 putting her in 17th place. She was immediately followed by Brittany Erickson (Belle Mead, NJ/Montgomery) in 18th place with a time of 20:05 and then Cassandra Valdes (Scotch Plains, NJ/Scotch Plains-Fanwood) in 19th place in 20:10. TCNJ's final runner to finish in the top 25 was Meghan Bruce (Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill West) as she had a time of 20:35 to place in the 25th spot.
