Wayne, NJ … The College of New Jersey women’s swim team won their second meet in as many days downing William Paterson University 203-78.

The Lions placed first in every event in the meet as they received winning performances from throughout their roster. Freshman Kristyn Wikoff (Shrewsbury, NJ/Red Bank Regional) won a pair of events taking first in the 1000-yard freestyle (11:33.91) and the 200-yard individual medley (2:22.54).

Amanda Obst (Cape May, NJ/Lower Cape May Regional) won both diving events posting scores of 235.55 in the 1-meter and 248.02 in the 3-meter event. Amanda Waldner (Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill West) placed first in the 50-yard freestyle with a winning time of 26.53.

Courtney Fuhro (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ/Immaculate Heart Academy) touched the wall first in the 200-yard backstroke in 2:25.08, Samantha Parlow (Brick, NJ/Monsignor Donovan) registered a first-place finish in the 200-yard breaststroke in 2:37.42, and Jennifer Rashti (Cherry Hill, NJ/Cherry Hill West) took the 500-yard freestyle event in 5:36.35.

TCNJ returns to action on Saturday, January 30 when they host Rowan University at 2 p.m.
