Ewing, NJ... Divers Sabrina Lucchesi (Columbus, NJ/Notre Dame) and TJ Burns (Clarks Summit, PA/Abington Heights) along with freshman guard Emmanuel Matlock (Trenton, NJ/Solebury) of The College of New Jersey earned recognition by the New Jersey Athletic Conference for their performances during the week ending January 12, 2012.
 
Lucchesi and Burns were named NJAC Diver of the Week for the second consecutive week as they both claimed the 1- and 3-meter diving events in conference victories over William Paterson University.
 
Matlock earned his first NJAC Rookie of the Week honor as the men's basketball team won a pair of games. He notched career bests in points (16) and rebounds (9) in a victory of Rutgers-University Camden and also posted a career-high six steals in a win over Hunter College. Matlock averaged 13.0 points in the games last week.
